Selection Process

The selection process for the SIB Probationary Officer (CMA) consists of the following stages:

Shortlisting: The bank will first shortlist candidates based on the information provided in their online applications.
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion.
Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who clear the GD will proceed to the Personal Interview stage.
