Selection Process
The selection process for the SIB Probationary Officer (CMA) consists of the following stages:
- Shortlisting: The bank will first shortlist candidates based on the information provided in their online applications.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who clear the GD will proceed to the Personal Interview stage.
Note: The Bank's decision regarding eligibility and selection will be final.

- Navigate to the "careers" page and find the "RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICER (CMA)" link.
- Ensure you fulfill all eligibility criteria (Age: Max 30 years, Qualification: CMA/ICWA) as of 31.10.2025.
- Register online using a valid email ID and contact number.
- Fill in the application form with correct basic details. Note that no modifications can be made after submission.
- Upload your scanned photograph, signature, and resume as per the specifications:
- Photograph: Recent passport size color photo, white background, 378x437 pixels, max 50kb.
- Signature: On white paper with black ink, 140x110 pixels, max 50kb.
- Resume: PDF format, max 1 MB.
