Bank of Baroda (BOB) invites online applications from Indian citizens for the engagement of 2,700 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This is a 12-month on-the-job training program with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. This is a training role and not regular employment with the bank. Candidates must have a Graduation Degree and be between 20 and 28 years old (as of 01.11.2025) , with applicable age relaxations. Selection will be based on an online examination and a test of the local language.

Not Eligible.Candidates who have had training or job experience for one year or more after completing their educational qualification are NOT eligible.

Vacancy Details
Bank of Baroda is engaging 2700 graduate apprentices for a 12-month on-the-job training program across various states. Selected candidates will receive a ₹15,000 monthly stipend.

Selection Process

  • Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for document verification.
  • Online Examination: A remotely proctored objective-type test covering General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, and General EnglishThere are no negative marks.
  • Test of Local Language: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in a specified local language of the state they applied forThis test is qualifying in natureCandidates who produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet having studied the specified local language will be exempt.
  • Medical Fitness: Engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per the Bank's requirements.
  • Final Selection: A final merit list will be prepared based on marks in the online exam , subject to qualifying in Document Verification , the Local Language Test , and the Medical Fitness exam.

How to Apply

    • Candidates must first mandatorily register themselves on the Government of India apprenticeship portals: NATS (https://nats.education.gov.in) and/or NAPS (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
    • After registering, candidates must log in to the respective portal and apply for the Apprenticeship opportunity published by "Bank of Baroda".
    • Eligible candidates who apply on NATS/NAPS will then receive an email from info@bfsissc.com.
    • This email will contain a link inviting them to fill the final "Application cum Examination Form".
    • In this form, candidates must provide personal data, choice of training locations (up to three) , category details, and make the online payment of the requisite examination fee.
    • The registration process is considered complete only after the application fee is deposited with BFSI SSC.
    • Candidates must note their Enrolment ID (from NATS) or Apprentice Registration Code (from NAPS) for all future correspondence.

    Exam Pattern & Syllabus

    The selection will be based on a remotely proctored online examination (objective type).

    • Total Questions: 100

    • Total Marks: 100

    • Total Duration: 60 minutes

      • Negative Marking: There will be NO negative marks for wrong answers.

        Subjects:
        • General/Financial Awareness: 25 Questions, 25 Marks
        • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude: 25 Questions, 25 Marks
        • Computer Knowledge: 25 Questions, 25 Marks
        • General English: 25 Questions, 25 Marks
    • Medium of Test: Hindi / English, except for the General English test which will be in English only.
